Patrick has over six years of experience in general Commercial Law, Corporate Governance Matters, Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution/ Mediation, Business Mergers and Acquisitions (from shop fit outs to multi million dollar deals) and Privacy law. Patrick has experience representing clients on a variety of commercial, employment, lease, debt and other civil matters in various courts and tribunals.
Patrick also has experience in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements as well as preparing Tenders/Expressions of Interest Applications and other business related documentation.
In addition, Patrick has extensive experience in assisting a diverse range of clientele, including:
- Small and Medium Sized Businesses;
- Large Sized Business;
- Charities and Not for Profits Associations;
- Digital Influencers and Media Personalities;
- High Wealth Individuals and Investors;
- Hotel Chain Operators; and
- NDIS and Specialist Disability Accommodation providers.
